Say goodbye to registers once the figures match.

PumpVero is an app for your pump: staff enter the readings and the cash, and you see the day. Keep your registers at first, and check PumpVero against them.

Live at petrol pumps in India.

Sample data

Your attendant knows the meter readings first.

Manager

  1. Today's sale?
  2. Was any shift short on cash?
  3. Has the transporter paid yet?
  4. Where is yesterday's money?

You hear them last, when the manager calls back.

Each person does their own part.

Follow one pump day, from the nozzles to your screen.

  1. Attendant

    Start the shift

The attendant picks the nozzles, and the opening readings fill in by themselves and cannot be changed.

  2. Attendant

    Closing readings

The attendant types the closing meter readings and testing litres, and the app works out the litres sold.

  3. Assistant Manager

    Count the cash

The Assistant Manager counts the cash and enters UPI, card and bank payments, and the app shows Balanced, Shortage or Excess.

  4. Manager

    Approve and lock the day

The Manager approves or rejects each shift and locks the day, and then only you can open it again.

  5. Manager

    Dip and density

The Manager types the dip, hydrometer reading and temperature, and the app works out the litres from the tank's dip chart and the density at 15 °C.

  6. Manager

    Scan the tanker invoice

The Manager scans the invoice QR, and the app fills in the invoice number, date, lorry, litres and total.

  7. Manager

    Check the tanker

With a dip before and after unloading, the app checks the litres against the invoice.

  8. Owner

    Yesterday's sale by breakfast

Each morning you see yesterday's fuel sales, and today's sale as each shift ends.

  • Who owes you

Credit customers have limits and a last-paid date, and the app shows who is overdue.

  • Each day keeps its own fuel rates

A new petrol or diesel price does not change earlier days.

  • Your own data

Your data is kept separate from other pump businesses.

  • Who changed what

After a shift is submitted, the attendant cannot edit it, and every correction is saved with the name of the person who made it.
